Glenn Robinson

14U Head Coach

Glenn is in his fourth year as a coach with Pure Basketball. In his first year, Glenn was an assistant who helped guide the 4th grade (10U) Pure Boys Basketball team to a 4th place finish in the New Jersey State Tournament. Glenn has two boys in the program, and started his coaching career with his 15 years younger brother’s Travel team.

During the Fall 2016 Pure Basketball season, Glenn Coached the 14U Boys Basketball Team.  They participated in The KSK (King Street Kings) S.W.E.A.T Basketball League.  His 14U team went undefeated and secured the League’s Championship Title and Trophy.

Glenn has two boys who participate in the program, one 17U and the other 14U.

Glenn is a product of New York City basketball. He played college basketball for the City University of New York Queens College basketball team. He also played Varsity basketball at Flushing High School of Queens NY. Glenn also played in many Pro-Am and Semi-Pro leagues in and around New York City, such as; Rucker Pro Tournament, West 4th Street, Westchester County pro league, and Brooklyn USA to name a few.

Glenn has a Bachelor’s Degree from Queens College, and has spent many years in Corporate HR and Training & Organizational Development. He owns a consulting firm, C.E.O. , which stands for “Communications.Empowerment.Organization.” C.E.O. specializes in Management and Leadership Training, as well as Communication and Organizational Team Development skills.

Glenn is married to Deirdre Gall Robinson and has two sons, Garrett and Colin.
