2 Sessions in 1 – Basketball & Strength Training Clinics Starting September 20th


 
Strength Training Coach Allen McCoy, Coach Michael McClendon, and Coach Bruce Hicks will be teaming up to running Strength & Conditioning Basketball clinics for 2 hour every Sunday morning for 6 sessions starting September 20th for Boys and Girls in grades 3rd to 12th.

STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM –  45 Minutes
The strength-training program consists of four major circuits.  These circuits focus on building overall strength while targeting on the legs, chest, arms, and shoulders. We use the preseason, postseason, and summer for strength development 

INDIVIDUAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT WORKOUTS  1 hour 15 minutes
Each skill development workout is built specifically for the athlete and will challenge the athlete to improve their basketball specific skills.  We will concentrate on offensive fundamentals in these sessions.  The fundamentals we stress include: • Ball-handling/dribbling • Passing • Preparing for the shot/footwork • Cutting • Screening • Shooting • Free-Throws • Perimeter-moves • Post-moves

 
Sessions are limited to 25 kids per session so sign up early!      The cost is only $125 per player.
